I have ordered aquatic plants twice so far from bunnycart and I am very satisfied with their service. The 1st order had half damaged plants and once I informed bunnycart about it, they refunded the amount. 2nd time i placed the order, all the plants arrived in very good condition. I will certainly order again.

Bunnycart is doing great in its field.The service given is excellent and the refund policy of Bunnycart is really easy and quick besides there are no questions. Moreover Bunnycart needs to sort out a few things 1)The plants which they send should be same as ordered (I ordered 2 varieties and received both different unlike images) 2)Fishes provided should be mature ones and should be checked before delivery (I received an abnormal female) 3)Moreover fishes are always out of stock which gets a problem while ordering cause you don't get all you want to .Some fishes are out of stock from about 6-7 months (like Blue Moscow guppy) 4)More varieties of fishes with more types must be introduced. Overall the experience although was great with all fishes and the plants although different enhance the look. I would like to shop again at Bunnycart. .

I had ordered the Java moss coconut cave and trust me I'm in love with it ...it is really really good i can bet on my life i'm literally gonna buy 10 more pieces as when I get new fishes and tanks ...thank you so much your genuine product and excellent service...the delivery was on time and very professional...the product packaging was really good and quality is super fresh ....really really impressed..once again thank you for making my day and one more plus point is your product prices are very convenient and affordable and worth every penny.

Overall i am happy with Bunnycart, I had my 3rd ordered yesterday, I ordered fishes along with plants and this time i was really happy to see bigger plants this time but i was expecting a Pair of fishes but in reality it meant 1 unit as 1 fish, It was my mistake that i didn't see the mention note about it, My suggestion is that you should clearly mention the units and the size of the fishes properly on the same page wile ordering. And one thing to add please add more things on your website, more variety of Fishes, Medications, Tools, etc.

This is my first time to purchase for aquarium plants from online store, and i am shocked from plant's quality received from Bunnycart. I received total 50 stems of plants and it's like very fresh and in very good condition. Not a single plant got damaged or died. Bunnycart is providing very good quality plants at very low price. If you want to grow plants in your aquarium so i recommend to buy plans from Bunnycart. My personal choice is to order combo of plants because they provide various types of easy to maintain and easy to grow plants. I received 5 different types of plants each plant have 10 stems. So i received total 50 stems of plants. This is best place for aquarium plants.
