Though was gambling a little when ordered so much in first instance that too being a hobbyist only. To my surprise it was a very nice and happy experience. The only problem was with RAILWAY staff uncooperative while unloading the parcel. Customer care and account people were more than cooperative, changed my order once after consulting with the manager on his advise about the compatibility of fishes. Packaging was great, out of 50+ fishes only 1 died. All fishes were in good health and larger than I was expecting almost all were adults. All are in good condition even after 2 weeks. Nice colours and variety. Plant were good too, all flourishing now. Food was just packed not like your LFS where it's already expired. internal filter was so much cheap. I received my order today , the quality of plants was outstanding , was very impressed with the coloration and the root development of all the plants. You sent 10 plants when I had ordered 11 but that’s ok .

First order with Bunnycart. Good experience. All fishes arrived alive and healthy. Plants too. There were some defects with the plants and order processing takes a little more time than expected. I see still some of the guppy varieties(grass,lace,HB,etc) are not available here . I would prefer to buy more number of varieties . Also the available varieties are not completely in stock everytime. If you take this into consideration , that would be great!
