Refund & Cancellation Policy

We normally have only 5% chance of death during shipping.

All claims/death/missing on arrival are to be reported by raise the ticket with photos on the same day of receipt of the shipment.

Report immediately through by raise the ticket with the below details.

No of fish/aquatic plants/item defective/missing items.
Photo of dead fish before opening the package/damaged Aquatic Plants/incase of missing items, photos of the whole items received
Short explanation.

Bunnycart would bear 100% of the cost of the fishes died/damaged Aquatic Plants/missing items.

Shipping charges if collected won't be considered for refund.

No claim request will be entertained after 24 hrs of receipt of items.

Cancellation request for the dispatched orders will not be entertained, if the order consists of plants and fishes.

I ordered totally 7 different Water Plants including Moss. The items are really too good. No words to express my happiness. After having remained in transit for nearly 5 days till its delivery to me today @ 1.45 pm, all the plants remained intact, except for little bit of leaves rottening and becoming yellowish in colour for the grass plants [2 pots].
