Overview: Var. nana ‘Snow White’ is a very small-leaved selection of the Dwarf Anubias that looks unique and extremely beautiful. It is a rare plant and difficult to find. It is one of the rare and sought-after Anubias which is popular with ‘Snow King’ and ‘White Ghost’ as trade names. This variety got its name ‘white’ due to the new leaves that always emerge pure white. As the leaves turn older, they turn slightly greenish, giving an extraordinary look to the tank and increasing the aesthetics. While most of the Anubias species are known for their ease and robustness, Anubias barteri var. nana 'Snow White' is demanding as compared to them.
Appearance: Anubias barteri var. nana 'Snow White' is a slow grower. The reason for it could be the lack of chlorophyll in the white leaves which do not allow the plant to photosynthesize very well. The plant is small and the younger leaves are completely white or pale white-green with round and ovate shapes. They measure up to 1 to 5 cm in length and generally remain small. depending upon the tank’s circumstances, the laves may come variegated. You can let the plant attach to a rock, wood, or ground. It is advised not to bury the rhizome to avoid its rotting. The beauty of the plant lies in its light-colored accent that brings contrast to the dark-colored hardscape. Due to its small size, you can grow Anubias barteri var. nana 'Snow White' as a foreground plant. It is also suitable for nano aquariums.

Lightening conditions: This plant's most suitable lightening range is from low to medium. Under such conditions, it attains round-shaped leaves and grows profusely.
Ideal pH level: pH between 6 and 7 will work fine for Anubias barteri var. nana 'Snow White'.
Propagation: It propagates through the rhizome. It is advised not to bury the rhizome completely inside the substrate as it may lead to rotting.

All plants were in good condition but the guppies i received 2 of them had come with fins cut and did not survive. rest other platys are healthy
