All plants were in good condition but the guppies i received 2 of them had come with fins cut and did not survive. rest other platys are healthy

I ordered 15 items from this site. Price was good.took 7 to 8 days to reach my home by fedex. At first i thought by the time It reaches me the plants will be all rotten but due to good airtight Packing it survived. Almost all of them are can be planted and i hope They will survive. Fingers crossed

This is my second experience with online shopping for live aquarium fish and I must say that the entire process right from the time of placing the order to delivery was amazingly easy and without a hitch. I'm a home fish enthusiast from Goa and my earlier online experience was with a seller from Chennai and not a happy one so I was not sure about this purchase. However the smooth process of placing the order, helpful communication and surprisingly speedy dispatch was a welcome relief. A special word of appreciation for the Manager who was very helpful with advice and assisted at different stages of my purchase. Will definitely patronise again and recommend to friends. It was an awesome experience. My local vendors do not have so may variety of fishes, plants etc. I ordered around 50 fishes from Delhi. I received them in very good condition. Overall it was hassle-free and still only two fishes have died rest all are fine which proves that excellent quality o f the fishes are supplied. Hats off to Team Bunnycart.

Hi Bunnycart Team/ Reviewers of this Site : I’ve ordered about 50 Fish and 5 Varieties of Plants from Bunnycart and it was delivered on time as promised. All the fish and plants were in extremely good condition and not a single fish died even though it was shipped to Bangalore. I’m extremely glad that I came across this site which supplies fish in any numbers to both retailers and as well as wholesalers at a very very reasonable price unlike other providers who expect retailers to order a minimum of 25-50 pieces of the same fish. The Variety Bunnycart provides is also good and at the same time you can order any mix you want. As soon as you order you get an email with the list of items you’ve ordered and gives you the account into which you will have to deposit the amount, once this is done, their team sends out a confirmation of shipping promptly along with the address and all the details. Throughout my investigation phase about Bunnycart, I was involved with Mr.Rajan who is the Manager of the farm. I must say a Very Very Big Thank you to this Extremely Kind Hearted & Patient Gentleman! He was so patient and in detail explained everything about how things work, how to take care of the plants and fish, how to order, how to look after the parcel and handle it from there on. He encouraged me to call him at any point of time if I had any doubts or concerns. I think he is doing an Excellent Job at Bunnycart, there should be more people like him who would encourage hobbyist’s as well as buyers. Even though I was just a small hobbyist ordering for a minimum sum, he treated me like I was a very big customer and spoke so well. I don’t think many ppl would do this, I’ve ordered fish from Chennai and other local places in Bangalore but no one hardly calls back and checks if everything is fine or if there are any concerns, but Mr Rajan followed up immediately and checked with me if I was happy and offered his time and help anytime. Even during the time I ordered he was very concerned cause I did it in the last minute and he was worried that he might not be able to ship good items to me and he offered me to do it next weekend which I was fine with, but somehow he did manage to ship very good items and in healthy conditions. This is how Genuine sellers should be, whereas others just want to sell as much as possible without looking at customer satisfaction. Really appreciate Mr Rajan’s help and support, I’m sure Bunnycart has found a Great Manager! So,again, A Very Big Thank you to Mr.Rajan and Bunnycart for keeping customers and people like me very happy and encouraging Aquaculture. This site is definitely one of “ The Best “ to buy fish from! Think it’s my second order from bunnycart The delivery was quick ,packing was good and the plants arrived in good shape with tracking provided. Only thing was the vals were cut and some of them broken due to the tight packing .Concerned abt the floating plants as some of the leaves are black …but compared to other online store ….satisfied…Thanks guys
